One of our clients, a well-known cable media company, needed to accomplish two things at once with their customers, and do both more efficiently. They wanted to thank customers individually for their business while also retaining them as subscribers for another term of service. It seemed simple enough, but because of the company’s varied subscription plans and different expiration dates, reaching each customer at just the right time was a challenge.
But by implementing a customized variable data program, we co-operatively established an ongoing process of printing and mailing thousands of timely, personalized pieces every week to the client’s supplied data base. The results have been everything a cable company could ask for: a collaborative, cost-effective solution, a subscriber list filled with appreciative customers and, just as gratifying, an impressively increased rate of customer retention.
